Getting Assemble Up and Running
LGfL has made Assemble simple to set up and your school can be up and running within minutes using your Google or Microsoft account.
LGfL Partnership with Wonde
Your school already shares information with LGfL as part of your subscription and we have partnered with Wonde to make it simpler to share data with Assemble which will be available as an application in your Wonde portal. Activating Assemble involves four steps:-
Step 1
Your school's Wonde portal administrator will receive an email from Wonde confirming the enrolment request for LGfL
Step 2
The school needs to approve the enrolment which will result in LGfL receiving a confirmation from Wonde that enrolment has been approved. This will allow the school to share data with LGfL.
Step 3
On receipt of the enrolment confirmation from Wonde, LGfL will send the school Wonde Administrator an email, including a link to a simple online form, to activate LGfL Assemble.
The form collects sufficient information to enable LGfL to verify the school and the identity of the person activating Assemble is appropriate.
Step 4
Once we receive the schools activation information we will automatically make Assemble available to your school and you’ll be able to login using your Windows or Google login. You’ll then have access to a world of information about security, safeguarding, savings, broadband services and so much more!
Assemble Product Roadmap
Assemble Will Continue to Evolve
Assemble has been designed to continually evolve and add richer functionality. It has been built as a modular, standards-based platform that focuses on integrating with applications and data. This approach means LGfL will continually iterate and develop what Assemble can do and future upgrades will include buying through Assemble, options for provisioning services, data dashboards and other business intelligence. Technically there are no limits to what Assemble can integrate with!
Rollout to All LGfL Schools
LGfL has completed Alpha Testing in the Spring Term. By the Autumn Term, LGfL's intention is to add a further 100 schools to a Beta Test trial. Schools and MATs in the BETA phase will have full access to Assemble and will be providing us with feedback on improvements and areas for future development.
LGfL will rollout Assemble to all schools over the course of the Autumn and Spring Terms.
